Thank you to Dr. King and the staff at the CPPFM at Vista Ridge.

I went for my first appointment with Dr. King and everyone was very nice and Dr. King really made me feel comfortable. I have been seeing a PCP at the VA for many years and was skeptical about a civilian doctor, just because it wasn’t what I am “use to”. Not only did Dr. King make me feel comfortable, he listened to me, he came up with a treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable with it. He didn’t just throw pain medication at me and say come back if this doesn’t help, which is what I was afraid was going to happen. The rest of the staff was very nice as well.

So once again, thanks so much for making me feel comfortable and I know I have found a PCP with great staff and that I can trust.

My family and I have been with various doctors in your office since we moved to cedar park in 2005 and have nothing but great things to say about you.

Last summer you saw me at about 230+ pounds with his cholesterol and borderline pre-diabetes. I had a follow up visit in July and you said “am I the same person” as the previous year. Yes I took what you said to heart, made several changes in my life, and ... to let you know...on September 5th, I have lost almost 35 pounds and completed my FIRST (of what I think will be many) Triathlons!

I just wanted to give you a big THANK YOU for going above and beyond yesterday. I really appreciated your efforts to see me yesterday morning at 7:30, your assistance in getting quick insurance approval, quick diagnosis from office visit and test results, plus probably many things you did that I am not aware.

It is great comfort to know that I have a doctor and staff that cares for their patients and puts in the extra effort to provide great service.

My surgery went well yesterday and I just got home from the hospital. I'm a little sore, but feel much better than I did yesterday before surgery.

In the past month I have had four encounters with nurse Breann and have been highly impressed all 4 times (twice in person and twice on the phone). She has amazing people skills in addition to her medical care. I appreciate the way she interacted with me and my daughter who has special needs. Her ability to connect with both of us made our visit to your office a positive experience. Great hire! You can tell she enjoys what she does.
